Phase 1 of our Tiny Home Village project is carefully planned to meet the needs of seniors and veterans while promoting safety, accessibility, and social connection.

  • Unit Size: Under 400 sq ft (Certified Park Model RVs)
  • Site Layout: Strategically designed for accessibility, privacy, and community interaction
  • Infrastructure: Complete utilities including water, power, waste management, ADA-compliant pathways, and communal areas

Design & Accessibility

Our village prioritizes safe, accessible, and durable housing for all residents. Key design features include:

  • Wider doorways for wheelchair access
  • Roll-in showers and grab bars
  • Accessible kitchen layouts
Construction Standards:
  • All units meet ANSI A119.5 standards for RV Park Model certification
  • Durable, energy-efficient materials with residential-quality finishes
